1. QUALIFY YOUR VIN
Use the button below to qualify your vehicle VIN before scheduling an appointment. On mobile devices, this may display at step 5 of the process.
This ensures your vehicle is ready, if it has keys, if it runs, and will provide you with pictures so you can determine towing options. IF THE UNIT DOESN’T NOT HAVE PICTURES, IT IS STILL BEING PROCESSED AND WILL NOT BE READY FOR PICKUP. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER FOR PICTURES.
2. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
Schedule a transport release appointment on the date and time of your choosing using the button below. Please include the final destination of the unit in the notes.
Once scheduled, we review your file, confirm fees, and anything else needed to book your release.
Availability varies based on the volume of other appointments, so book early. Scheduling the appointment is not a confirmation. The confirmation response will take up to 3 hours, Monday through Friday. All appointments are confirmed or denied with an explanation by 5pm Monday through Friday. Appointments made after 5pm may not be confirmed until the following business day.
3. INCLUDE PHONE & EMAIL
Please make sure to include your cell phone number or email.
We need your preferred contact method to communicate with you and provide the address, fees, and all other needed items.
4. BRING VALID LICENSE
You must bring a valid drivers’ license to your appointment. Without valid identification, we won’t be able to properly identify you – therefore, we won’t be able to release your vehicle for transport.
5. BILL OF LADING/TRANSPORT ORDER REQUIRED
When scheduling, you must upload a bill of lading or transport order. We must have the bill of lading or transport order prior to your arrival in order for us to release your vehicle for transport.
6. ARRIVE EARLY
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to make the release process as quick and easy for everyone.
